Return Process

  Log into your AMC Stubs account or access the 'Manage My Order' page using your confirmation number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your merchandise is in its original condition or that your movie tickets are being refunded at least one hour before the scheduled showtime.

  Submit for Processing

  Follow the prompts to print a prepaid shipping label for physical goods or confirm the digital cancellation of your admission tickets.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received or your ticket cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
